This innovatively designed building, houses the facilities of the group’s different companies, apart from those used for manufacture  furniture which are located in other premises belonging to the group in Gelves, at Polígono Guadalquivir.

The building, where the construction details aid functionality, quality and aesthetics were given the greatest attention, is surrounded by gardened areas. Two fitted sections, one of concrete and one of bare brick, make the building up. The roof of the building had been designed in a very special way, providing it with an open gardened area  dedicated to recreation and leisure, which is frequently used for events with clients and  media, as well as for our staff.

Our headquarters, an eco-efficiency example

The 200 m2 of photovoltaic membrane located on the roof of the building, through which we have reduced our CO2 emission by 4.5 tonnes per year, allows us to generate 6900 KW of energy each year which we return to the grid, thus reducing our energy costs.

Other eco-efficient measures

Our headquarters have tanks to collect rainwater, which is then stored to be used later to water our gardens. In this way, we save water and help the environment.

Both in building design, as welll as in its gardens, we have used natural architectural motifs that reflect the basic ideas that we have regarding harmony between people and work.
