Grupo IC

1989. IC Asociados was set up. Two years before the three young professionals, who are the current majority partners in the Group, had founded a company called IC Consultores. From the beguining IC Asociados specialized in building commercial premises in a short time.

1997. As a consequence of the growth of the business it was decided to reorganise activities and PEC, Procesos Eficientes Constructivos, was constituted, which sought to give the client an ever more complete service.

1999. We were one of the first  companies in the sector to incorporate a single management system (ERP), thanks to it  we increased our productivity and kept growing. In this year Servishop was born, to meet the maintenance demands of commercial premises that we became aware of in our client portfolio.

2004. Grupo Empresarial IC was created, as the owner of the rest of the companies  of the group, centralizing and offering support services, seeking to optimize resources and increase synergies between the companies.

2005. In this year Ekipashop started trading as one of the group’s business, manufacturing  furniture for commercial premises, offering high-quality products and complementing the activities of the rest of the group’s companies.

2008. After 20 years of history, we  moved to our headquarters in Polígono Los llanos. A headquarters of 3800 m2 where the construction details that aid functionality, quality and aesthetics were given the greatest attention, so creating a work space that is totally in line with the philosophy of the group.

2009. In this year it was decided to create the commercial brand Efficshop for better communicate the role of an installation company that specializes in energy efficiency, as carried out previously by PEC.
