We are a group of companies created more than 20 years ago. The group is dedicated to the creation of eco-efficient centers.

The IC parent company was created in 1989 by the union of three young professionals, who are today the group’s founding partners. From the beginning the group has specialized in the creation of turnkey projects for large commercial chains.

Four companies make up the group. Efficshop, an installation company that specializes in energy efficiency, IC Asociados, which is dedicated to integrated construction projects, Ekipashop, who specialize in made-to-measure eco-friendly furniture, and Servishop, which is dedicated to maintenance and monitoring.

We understand the complexity of managing multiple construction suppliers, which is why our business model is based on offering our clients an easy service, with only one company to speak to for the entire project. We manage and coordinate the different parts of the project, by contracting a single company, you will save time and money. We have a broad range of experience in turnkey projects for clients in the retail, hotel and health sectors.
