The re-opening of the store located at number 67 of Princesa Street in Madrid ocurred last December. The shop has 423 square metres available for commercial activity and Effichsop has been the company in charge of the design and installation of air conditioning, ventilation and control systems that provides energy eficiency to the center.
The installation of more efficient air conditioning systems, as weel as the improvement of the thermal insulation of the store achieve important reductions of the electric consumption, energetic costs reductions and CO2 emissións cuttings, making Promod a more sustainable company. Efficshop has also made the energy qualification project for this shop, achieving after the improvements carried out the A energetic qualification.
Effichsop has offered Promod all its experience in ecoeficient installations creation for commercial spaces and has carried out measurements as the installation of Mitsubishi climate control equipment provided with variable cooling control, the installation of intelligent door-opening system that avoid energy losses and the improvement of air extraction systems. Efficshop has also given the shop the equipment necessary to monitor their energy consumption.
