We have created the first eco-efficient Massimo Dutti center in Spain.
Working with Grupo IC, the fashion brand have managed to reduce their energy consumption by 70% and emit 229,4 CO2 tonnes less per year. We have also managed to obtain the A energetic qualification for the building, the most efficient. The shop which is 1400 m2 is located in Barcelona, Portal del Angel.
The main eco-efficient measures taken were:
- Lighting and air conditioning Optimization.
- Improvement of the thermal insulation of the shop.
- Installation of energy efficiency equipment and
- Manufacture and installation of PEFC certificated shop fittings.
We created the first shop with an A Energetic qualification in Spain
Thanks to this, our clients emit less CO2, has reduced electricity consumption by 30% and has cut its energy costs.
The eco-efficient measures implemented in this shop allowed: savings in electricity consumption over 30% a year, that means a reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere of 26 tonnes per year. Efficshop, a GRUPO IC company that specializes in energy efficient projects, was responsible for obtaining the A Energetic qualification for the shop.
