Personal Data Protection Act
The data obtained, conforming to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), will be included in a file registered at the General Register of Data Protection (Registro General de Protección de Datos), responsibility for which will lie in GRUPO EMPRESARIAL IC, S. L., (hereafter known as “the File Holder” with VAT number (CIF) B-91.378.471. The purpose of this personal data collection is the creation of a database of candidates who hope to participate in the personnel selection processes we carry out, purposes consistent with those declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). You, as owner of the data, give your consent and authorization to the File Holder to include the same in a detailed file; otherwise, it would be impossible for you to participate in the current selection process or future ones that we might carry out. We inform you that your data, identification and curriculum may be shared with the companies in the group, whose activities relate to the construction and commercial premises maintenance sectors, with the purpose of you participating in our selection processes. You declare that you have been informed of and agree to the detailed conditions in this clause, you promise to keep your data up to date and, in any case, you will be able to freely exercise your rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition by contacting the File Holder at the address, Parque empresarial Los Llanos, Avenida de Salteras, parcela 266, B-3, 41909 Salteras, Sevilla, marking any communication with the reference “LOPD” and attaching a photocopy of your identity card. I have read and accepted the conditions detailed in the clause.
