GRUPO IC, the Spanish leader on construction of interior projects, has carried out the hole project, including, integrated construction work, installations and fittings of the Massimo Dutti shop located on Diagonal Avenue number 484, in Barcelona.
This is the first Spanish shop awarded with the A energetic qualification for buidings ( the most efficient), this certificate has been given by the Ministry of Industry ( ICAEN). The efficient energetic systems used in the shop design, allow savings on electric energy over 30%, that can be translated on a reduction of emissions to the atmosphere of 36 tons of CO2 per year. Efficshop is the company of IC Groupe, the has designed the efficient energetic systems, and has be responsible for the obtention of the A calification for the shop.
